YES QUEEN, IT'S THAT SIMPLE

If you can see it, you can achieve it!

If you can see it, you can achieve it!

If you can see it, you can achieve it!

I say it all the time Queens and today, I'd like to show you exactly what I mean. Basically, this saying is the definition of manifestation. Making your dreams happen with the power of God and the universe. I won't take up too much of your time today, because I want you to spend some time implementing the information you absorb in this BLESSED post. So, without further ado, please see three tried and true techniques, I have personally used, to manifest my dreams into reality, below!

SLEEP ON YOUR DREAMS

Grab a post it note or a note card. Write your goal or dream on it. Slip it underneath your pillow before you go to bed. Pray on what you want. Visualize what you want. Speak it into existence with conviction. Then go to sleep.

This worked for me back in 2016 when I had just lost my job. I lost my job on Friday. The following Monday, one of my mentors had taught me about this trick and I decided to try it. I tried the trick on Wednesday Queens. I wrote on a notecard: "God, what's next?". I slipped it under my pillow and took a nap. When I woke up, I had a missed call from a recruiter for Kaiser Permanente. The following Monday, was my first day. BTW, Kaiser paid me $4 more per hour than the job that I had lost.

2 Cup Manifestation Method

Grab two identical cups, your favorite drink, a pen and two pieces of paper. Fill up one cup. In front of that, on one of your pieces of paper, write down what your life looks like now, with your goal unmet. How does it feel? What are words that come to mind to describe it? What does it look like? What does it sound like? Really dig deep and pour it all out on the page.

Take the full cup and hold it in your hands. Feel all of the emotions that come with not having this particular goal met. Everything you wrote, on your paper, feel it. Meditate on it. Talk to God about it. Let him know how it feels and what your life is like with this dream unfulfilled.

This is what you don't want.

Pour the contents of your full cup into your empty, identical cup. On your second sheet of paper, visualize what your life will look like with your goal met. What does it feel like? What do you see? What do you hear? Who is there? How does it taste? Write it all down on the page.

Then hold that cup in your hands and continue visualizing your dream, manifested, created, fulfilled, and realized. Talk to God and ask him for everything in your visual. Believe you can achieve that life. Believe that it's already yours. Believe, what you see in your minds eye is reality. Send all of that positive energy from your visual into the cup. Then drink the contents of the cup.

I completed this method, the first Sunday of August. The goal is very private, so I cannot share it here. However, Queens. I feel it in my heart. That goal I am manifesting, it is close. I am close to making it a reality and I am alive with glee. I can't wait. I'll post on the Phorbe Instagram/Facebook stories, when that goal is realized.

Visualize and Speak it Into Existence

Create a vision board of images that represent your goal. It could be one image, or a bunch of images that all create the dream in your mind. Put your vision board in a place where you will see it and interact with it every single day.

Create an affirmation for your goal. The best affirmations are one sentence and they speak to what your life is like after your goal has already accomplished. For example, if you want a new car, an affirmation would be: The wind is whipping past my face, drowning out the music on the stereo, as I cruise down PCH in my brand new light blue convertible with a tan interior.

Create an affirmation for your goal and speak it, out loud, every single day.

Pray for your goal, ask God to guide you towards completing your goal. Then put in the work to make your dream happen. If you want to buy a new car, save up the money you'll need for the down payment, 1st month of insurance, and registration.

Don't let not 1 day go by, where you don't visualize your goal, affirm your goal, pray for your goal, and work towards your goal. In no time, you'll be cruising down PCH in your brand new hooptie.

I tried this back in college. Remember Queens, I grew up homeless. I was in college on a full scholarship. I had absolutely no money, however I knew I was going to study abroad in Italy. I applied for work in the international office and became the assistant for the Director of International Students. With this position, I did a lot of work helping other students who were studying abroad. On my desktop at work, I had a picture of the duomo in Florence or the Roman Colosseum.

I prayed for it. I spoke with the study abroad counselor. From that conversation, I set a plan to study abroad in Sydney, Australia in the Fall of 2012 and Milan, Italy in the Spring of 2013. I put in my application and was approved. Then I started submitting applications for scholarships to pay for it. Every where I went, the school year before, I told people. I'm studying abroad next year. Australia in the Fall. Italy in the Spring.

There were many hiccups along the way. Shoot, I didn't get my visa for Italy until the day before I left. But I never gave up. I believed I could make it happen. I foresaw it happening and I prayed for it happen. Sure enough, I studied abroad at the University of Sydney F'12 and Universita Cattolica Del Sacro Cuore S'13.

Your dreams, no matter how far fetched are obtainable Queens. I'll say it one more time:

If you can see it, you can achieve it!

Step into the Queen you're meant to be and SLAY!!!
